A Bioneers Year

October to October. Conference to Conference. A place and tool for orienting and grounding your individual journey in our common experience of Time...the Wheel of the Year. What are you doing this one wild, wonderful, unique year?

Why join this group? How to use it...

Give other groups your energy and talent to discuss your particular work or puzzle out solutions. Use your own blog to muse, rant, report on your activities and your discoveries.

Here, go one level deeper, as you would on a retreat, or in five minutes of meditation, or one unforced breath. Know yourself as embedded in time, and yet wise to time, and speak from there.

Do not feel you only have to post in topics about the current time. This group can be a notebook and yearbook and a way to return. In December you may want to make a post about how you felt on the last day of the conference as you headed home. We will not know what we have collectively created here until next October, when this year is done, and another upon us.

"Some cycles revolve frequently enough to be well known in a lifetime. Some are complete only in the memory of several generations. And others are so vast that their motion can only be assumed: Like our galaxy, they appear to us to be remote and exalted, a Milky Way, when in fact they are near at hand, and we and all the humble motions of our days are their belongings."

Manifesto of Devotion 1 Reply

Somewhere between leaving the conference and arriving - really arriving - home, there is that moment of knowing something that you need to do this year. Or that sense that you have NO IDEA what you...

The Year half-gone; next Conference announced... 1 Reply

How do you feel when you get the first announcement for the next Conference? How do you decide if you are going to go or not? How do you feel once you've made the decision?

Intention. What brings you to Bioneers?

It's time, it's money, it's far. But somehow you made it. What made the difference between coming to Bioneers and doing something else? Why are you here?

this is what I'm doing this year:A TV show that tells a sustainable story, yours and mine! I am on a quest to find your story of living sustainably. How you are doing it today and tomorrow?
Each of us can create a life that is sustainable, some of us don't have a clue on how to do that. I want to show, experience, tell and listen to people who are being sustainable NOW. Their stories are examples for others who are frustrated and desperate. There is hope all around us if we look, listen and feel the solutions that nature is providing us. I need you. We need to collect our stories and bring them to as wide an audience as possible. Send me your story. Can I show the world what you are doing? I believe you are the examples that we all need to see and learn from because we can teach you something too. I ask you to show me the way KNOWING that I have a light to give to you too. I am not afraid of standing up and asking you to help me tell all these stories. I believe we all want to sit or stand around the campfire and here everyone's story. Start talking!!!
