Broccoli Wins Again...

I just came across yet another article about a recent "discovery" on the power of broccoli. Surprise!

According to Amanda Gardner of HealthDay Reporter, broccoli may help fight skin cancer (let's just hope that broccoli is free of toxic chemicals used in common pesticides).

THURSDAY, Oct. 25 (HealthDay News) -- What's good for your diet may also guard against skin cancer.

Scientists have discovered that an extract of broccoli sprouts protects the skin against the sun's harmful ultraviolet rays.

I heard a comedian tell a joke about this. He said that it's always something like broccoli that helps fight cancer. Why can't it ever be Doritos? :)
