Share 'Desert Rock NM power plant?'

What are your opinions about the Navajo-proposed coal power plant in northwestern New Mexico? The EPA has recently asked for an appeal to reconsider the previously-issued air permit. It appears that pros would be revenue and employment on the Navajo reservation, but major cons would be more CO2 emissions and the obvious impact on humans and the environment. Thoughts?
