David Suzuki's "The Sacred Balance"; "Earth Path" by Starhawk (these could almost be considered 'twin' books coming at the same topic from different perspectives!); "Gaia's Body" by Tyler Volk; "Living Downstream" by Sandra Steingraber; "The Spell of the Sensuous" by David Abram... and many more.
Favorite Musician:
Any musician that helps us to understand and explore the world outside of our own parochial, national sphere, that makes us look at the world as a whole, see our interconnectedness and encourage us to make this world a better place.

Bringing the water issue to the forum was great and I really enjoyed gaining insight into what is currently happening in other countries and here, along with what everyone brought to the forum excluding the "urine comments!"
Hola Melissa, I appreciate your comment left about the water because it's so necessary to have objectivity, and scientific rational when dealing with topics that can be personalized, driving people to act and conserve, and most important, a wake up call!
Dear Melissa,
Your class sounds amazing.
I am also studying this subject - and wonder if you could tell me the most informative WEBSITES you've found on the subject of water ..
Welcome to the Cultivating Women's Leadership group, Melissa! We're so glad to have you! Please feel free to start a discussion, comment on a discussion and share your leadership experiences.
Hello. I saw that you are leading a path at the witchcamp in Diana's Grove in June, and some of your interests are very compelling to me. I plan to go to this event, and thought I would contact you in advance. May we talk? I did not see your e-mail address on the Dreamweaving website, so I am following this less direct route to contacting you. Hope you don't mind. My most direct e-mail address is john.schendel@ttemi.com. Thank you...John Schendel
Welcome to Living Locally. You've raised some good issues in some of your recent posts. I'm especially interested in the water issue. (time isn't permitting me to jump into the discussion right now, but I will.) I hope we can explore Water and some other issues in this group. I think they are only solvable at a local/personal level.
Could use your perspective in Living Locally. One of my favorite books is Starhawk's Dreaming the Dark. I'm also a bit of a D. Quinn fan. Welcome to the community.
